Spencer Niles - How to Capture an Image

Spencer Niles is a professional photographer who is able to reach a wide audience all around the world through his work. He is currently freelancing for a number of international publications and traveling the world in order to capture breathtaking images. Much of his photographic work is used to spread awareness regarding the conditions of many living in the third world, but many of his photographs depict beautiful landscape from all over the world’s most remote locations. He has traveled all over and even risked his own life in order to obtain the perfect picture. However, he wasn’t always an outstanding artist and he didn’t always know what he was doing when he took a picture.

Capturing a stunning image via camera is much more difficult than it seems. Although modern technology has made it easy to take pictures and post them on the Internet for admirers to see, modern technology has also made it harder to learn how to take great photographs. As quantity continues to be a substitute for quality, the need for true professionals has increased. In order to capture a stunning image, the most important thing to remember is to remain steady and breathe. Although this seems obvious, if the photographer isn’t calm, the shot won’t turn out as clear as it should. Although staying calm while taking a photo seems easy enough, professional photographers are often put in situations where remaining calm is much more difficult than it is when taking a selfie with friends.

Spencer Niles has been on deaths door, so he thought, a number of times while traveling on the job. He has taken photographs while flying the through air on a rickety airplane during a storm, and has even photographed lions in their natural habitats.

Spencer Niles - The Importance of Cardiovascular Health

Spencer Niles is currently serving the professional world as a renowned photographer who has the ability to capture a wide audience. He has been working in the professional photography industry since he was young and was able to advance his career to reach an international platform. He is committed to traveling the world in order to capture images that inspire change through out the impoverished communities within the third world. However, when he isn’t working or traveling, he spends time working on himself in order to stay in shape. He enjoys weightlifting and working on his cardiovascular endurance.

Getting in shape and strengthening your cardiovascular endurance is important for everyone. Not only does it promote healthier living and a longer life, but it also has numerous benefits regarding brain development and overall cognitive function. The body and the brain work the best when they are able to work together in the most efficient way possible. The body was not meant to carry much extra weight in terms of fat or even muscle, and working on your cardiovascular endurance by running can help keep your body in balance. Not only does this make every aspect of your life easier and less strenuous, but it also keeps your brain functioning properly as well. This is important no matter what you do in life because it helps become the best person you can be.

Spencer Niles is committed to being the best he can be, which is why whenever he has free time, he can be found increasing his cardiovascular endurance through exercises like running and weightlifting. Being in shape helps him as he travels the world and often has to rely on his body for transportation through remote and untraveled areas.
